This work is rooted in deep listening

Through my own experiences with loved ones who have passed away or lived with memory loss, I have felt the quiet sadness of wishing I had heard more — about who they were, where they came from, and the lives they lived before memory faded.

This work is rooted in deep listening.

With a professional background as a therapist my approach is centered on care, sensitivity, and presence, I approach each recording with respect and patience. My role is not to direct, but to hold space — ensuring people feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely heard.

Every story is different. Each deserves time and care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No, this is not therapy. While I am a therapist, this is a reflective conversation focused on your life story rather than therapeutic work.

What if I feel nervous?

That’s completely natural. Most people feel unsure at the beginning, but this usually settles once we start talking. You will be gently guided throughout.

Do I need to prepare anything?

There’s no need to prepare anything formal. You may like to think about key moments in your life or bring photos, but it’s not essential.

How long does the session last?

Each session lasts up to 90 minutes, with time to pause if needed.

Where does the recording take place?

Sessions can take place in your home, where you are likely to feel most comfortable and relaxed.

What if I get emotional?

That’s absolutely okay. You are free to pause at any time, and we will go at your pace.

What will I receive afterwards?

You will receive your recording presented on a USB in a keepsake box, something you and your family can return to over time.
